Su trabajo será encontrar las mejores voces para una marca. Rol Vas a manejar una cuenta específica y tu foco será identificar podcasts, YouTubers y creadores que hagan product reviews auténticos y con impacto. Responsabilidades 1. Buscar todos los días podcasts y canales de YouTube relevantes para la marca 2. Identificar creadores que hagan reviews reales, creíbles y bien producidas 3. Evaluar fit de audiencia, estilo, tono y credibilidad 4. Crear listas organizadas de creators con data básica 5. Proponer nuevos formatos, ideas y oportunidades de colaboración 6. Mantenerse al día con tendencias de podcasts y creator economy Perfil ideal 1. Te encanta consumir podcasts y YouTube 2. Sabes distinguir contenido bueno de contenido promedio 3. Tienes buen ojo para detectar creadores con potencial 4. Eres organizado, rápido y proactivo 5. Te gusta investigar, buscar y descubrir 6. Experiencia previa en influencer research, media, marketing o similar es un plus Qué ofrecemos 1. Trabajo 100% remoto - LATAM 2. Aprendizaje directo en influencer marketing y creator economy 3. Mucha autonomía y ownership de la cuenta 4. Crecimiento real si haces bien el trabajo
