About Us We are a rapidly growing marketing agency, seeking a talented UX Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create clear, user-centered content that enhances the user experience across digital platforms. What You’ll Do: Write concise and engaging content for user interfaces (buttons, forms, error messages, onboarding, etc.). Collaborate with development teams to ensure content aligns with design and brand voice. Develop content strategies that enhance usability, accessibility, and user clarity. Maintain consistency in content across all digital touchpoints. Test and optimize content based on user feedback and performance metrics. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience as a UX Writer or similar content role. Near-native English proficiency, with strong writing and editing skills. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how content impacts user experience. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and collaborative tools (Google Docs, Trello, Slack). Coordinate campaigns and ensure talent meets deliverables. Be the point of contact for legal matters, payments, and schedules. Identify growth opportunities for each talent. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience working directly with influencers. Basic experience in negotiating and signing contracts. Strong communication skills with brands, talent, and internal teams. Organizational skills, follow-through, and positive energy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Plus (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of influencer marketing in the U.S. Hispanic market. Experience in an agency or talent representation company. Connections within the creator industry.
