What You’ll Do 🛠️ Community & Creator Operations Organize & Activate: Structure and manage our growing creator database, ensuring effective onboarding, categorization, and engagement. Engagement & Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound creator inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other channels. Data & Process Optimization: Implement tagging systems, automation solutions (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot), and scalable workflows to improve creator tracking, communication, and activation. Strategic Growth: Identify new ways to optimize creator relationships, increase retention, and drive monetization opportunities. 📈 Paid Social Growth & Ad Strategy Manage & Scale Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ad campaigns. Leverage UGC & Influencer Ads: Identify top-performing creators for UGC ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting, and paid promotion. Performance Analysis: Track ad performance, optimize ROI, and lower acquisition costs through data-driven decision-making. 🤝 Brand Collaboration & Campaign Execution Act as the bridge between brands and creators to ensure successful partnerships. Develop and manage multi-platform campaign strategies aligned with brand goals. Track campaign success metrics and report actionable insights. What We’re Looking For ✅ 3-5+ years of experience in community operations, influencer marketing, or paid social growth. ✅ Hands-on experience running TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube ad campaigns. ✅ Highly organized & process-driven—able to implement automation tools and tagging systems. ✅ Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, KPIs, and ad performance tracking. ✅ Excellent communication skills—you’ll be the face of our creator relationships. ✅ Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, as many of our creators are Spanish-speaking.
