Overseeing the email reached-out process so leads are emailed the same day they are collected. Answering Assisting with onboarding and account management. Assisting the CEO with wholesale outreach. Conduct all research for potential optical wholesalers and retailers and other research projects. Required Skills & Experience Mindset: A hunger to learn, willingness to work within a startup environment, entrepreneurial analytical mindset, fast learner with the willingness to solve challenges independently. Work Style: Can work under pressure, can work with less supervision. Communication: Strong attention to detail, excellent written English proficiency. Desirable Skills Experience with eCommerce and Marketing is a plus. Experience with Asana, Klaviyo, and Slack is a plus.
