Qualifications: Proven experience in social listening, reputation management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and platforms, such as Trustpilot, Meta, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects effectively. Critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving in real-time situations.
