General Description We are looking for a professional with experience in technology, digital payment methods and vendor management to lead the operation of the Rewards ecosystem (gift cards, digital incentives, prepaid cards, corporate benefits). This role will be responsible for relationships with international vendors, technical integrations with our platforms, operational control, validation of catalogs by country, functionality testing and continuous auditing of incentives system. Its main mission is to ensure that the Rewards offered to our clients are available, correctly integrated, tested and aligned with each project’s objectives, guaranteeing operational efficiency, technical robustness and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities Vendor Management Identify, evaluate and manage partnerships with incentive platforms (BHN, Tango, Tremendous, GiftPoint, or others). Negotiate rates, discounts, rebates, terms, limits and international coverage. Supervise compliance with SLAs, commercial policies and technical support from each vendor. Maintain an up-to-date global inventory of vendors, terms and operational cost by country.
