Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations. Communication: Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is optional). Location.
