Es fundamental que la persona cuente con un sólido conocimiento en la industria de refacciones, preferiblemente en el sector de vehículos pesados, incluyendo piezas, componentes y procesos relacionados. Este conocimiento le permitirá ofrecer asesoría técnica especializada, identificar oportunidades y entender en profundidad las necesidades del cliente para brindar soluciones efectivas. Funciones esenciales: Contactar y habilitar nuevos leads generados a través de campañas de publicidad. Realizar seguimiento y actualización del pipeline conforme al avance del cliente. Concertar demos del SaaS. Presentar y cerrar ventas del SaaS . Brindar asesoría técnica especializada en refacciones, piezas y componentes relacionados, demostrando un profundo conocimiento del sector, especialmente en vehículos pesados. Realizar venta consultiva adicional a través de nuestro marketplace, recomendando productos y soluciones específicas según las necesidades del cliente. Gestionar renovaciones y administrar la cartera de clientes con un enfoque basado en el entendimiento del mercado de refacciones. Detectar oportunidades de negocio adicionales, apoyándose en su experiencia para ofrecer soluciones integrales y ajustadas a las necesidades del sector.
