Job Summary: We are looking for a results-obsessed Senior Paid Media & Go-to-Market Manager to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media programs to drive high-quality leads and fuel our revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in B2B SaaS marketing who is analytical, strategic, and thrives on exceeding targets. You will be empowered to use our own powerful platform to find the insights that guide your strategy. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a multi-channel paid media strategy focused on acquiring B2B SaaS customers, primarily through LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant industry platforms. Take full ownership of the paid media budget, campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to maximize ROI and hit aggressive MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, using A/B testing and deep data analysis to constantly improve key metrics like LTV:CAC, CPL, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure tight alignment on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and lead follow-up processes. Manage our marketing tech stack (including Pipedrive and VWO) to ensure seamless lead flow, tracking, and reporting. Become a power user of our own analytics platform, using it to build dashboards and generate insights that guide our paid media strategy and provide valuable feedback to the product team. Required Qualifications & Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of scaling acquisition programs for B2B SaaS or technology companies. Deep, practical expertise in managing SaaS campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is essential. Highly analytical and data-driven; you are comfortable building reports, analyzing funnels, and living in spreadsheets and analytics platforms. Direct experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) and landing page tools (Unbounce preferred). Excellent understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel, lead scoring, and attribution models in a B2B context. Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
