Role Purpose This position will be responsible for leading the acquisition, closing, and retention strategy for investors in our real estate and alternative assets fund. It will play a key role in consolidating strategic partnerships with broker-dealers and placement agents, as well as directly managing relationships with accredited and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the investor acquisition strategy (HNWIs, family offices, institutional). Lead and execute high-level investment closing processes. Develop, consolidate, and follow up on partnerships with broker-dealers and placement agents. Serve investors directly, building long-term trust-based relationships. Recruit, train, and coordinate a network of placement agents and/or broker-dealers. Manage administrative and back-office aspects related to the investment process.
