Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within agency or performance marketing environments. Deep platform expertise across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. Strong understanding of social campaign structures, bidding models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation. Experience managing multi-million-dollar social budgets with accountability for CPA, ROAS, and ROI targets. Proven ability to design and execute A/B testing frameworks across creative, audience, and bidding strategies. Proficiency with social ad management tools and automation platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Smartly, Skai, or custom API solutions). Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to turn performance data into clear, actionable business insights. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns. Passion for emerging media and an experimental mindset that drives innovation in campaign testing and optimization.
