The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your seniority, from Product Owner to Senior Program Manager, as part of our structured career path. At all levels, the focus will be on delivering impactful product features that contribute to our 5x ARR growth target and scaling headcount over the next 18 months. Responsibilities (depending on seniority) ✔️ Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead or participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of features. Product Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to or take full ownership of the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that align with business goals and client feedback. Feature Development & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, write user stories, and ensure they align with strategic product goals and market needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies, with a focus on features that drive ARR growth. Strategic Planning: For more senior roles, lead market analysis, strategic product planning, and mentor junior product team members, helping to shape the long-term direction of the product portfolio. Qualifications 📃 B2B SaaS Best Practices: Proven track record in implementing and managing product management best practices specifically within B2B SaaS environments. This includes experience optimizing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and ensuring that product practices align with scalable SaaS business models. Agile/Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading or participating in Scrum processes. Ability to implement best practices in sprint management, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement cycles. Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments—especially engineering, sales, and customer success—to align product features with business goals and ensure a seamless client experience. Product Strategy & Execution: Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives, especially in B2B SaaS. Metrics & Performance: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including product adoption, churn, and lifetime value (LTV), with the ability to define and track KPIs for product success. Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus, with strong communication skills in both languages. Requirements Qualifications 📃 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus. Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday) and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Banking Provider Researcher (International Transfers Testing) Location: Remote (Brazil) Project Description: We are looking for companies from the following countries that have at least two active bank accounts and can send and receive international payments. This search is part of a testing project to evaluate the costs associated with international money transfers and the process of accessing funds. Selected companies will conduct a series of tests, moving funds and assessing the associated fees and challenges. Eligible banks: Banco do Brasil Itaú Unibanco Bradesco Caixa Econômica Federal Santander Brasil Banco Safra BTG Pactual Banco Votorantim Banco do Nordeste Banco Daycoval Responsibilities: Identify and contact companies with at least two active accounts capable of making international transactions. Send and/or receive international transfers as part of the testing process. For companies sending money, they will receive an initial sum to transfer and report back on the costs involved in accessing the funds and completing the transaction. For companies receiving money, they will report back on any costs incurred to access and utilize the funds. Document all fees, transfer times, and any other relevant factors in the process. Provide detailed reports on the overall experience, including transaction fees, timing, and ease of access to funds. Requirements: Must be based in one of the eligible countries listed above. Must have at least two active bank accounts capable of handling international transactions. Ability to send and/or receive international transfers and track the associated costs. Strong ability to document and report on costs, transfer times, and other related challenges. Previous experience with international banking or payment services is a plus. Strong communication skills to liaise with banking providers and report findings. Compensation: Participants will receive a compensation of approximately 500 USD, depending on the number of transactions they complete during the testing process.
