Nuestro modelo de negocio requiere una gestión contable precisa vinculada a contratos de arrendamiento, facturación recurrente y control financiero. Funciones y tareas a desempeñar: La persona seleccionada será responsable de tareas contables y financieras, entre ellas: Conciliación bancaria periódica. Emisión y control de facturación (alquileres, servicios y otros conceptos). Gestión de pagos a proveedores y terceros. Control y cuadre de caja. Seguimiento de cobros y gestión de pagos pendientes. Cálculo y gestión de intereses por mora. Creación y mantenimiento de clientes según contratos de alquiler. Registro contable de contratos de arrendamiento. Apoyo en la organización y control de documentación contable. Tareas contables relacionadas con el alquiler de inmuebles a estudiantes. Soporte en reportes financieros básicos y control interno. Requisitos: Licenciatura o estudios universitarios en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines. Bases sólidas de contabilidad (imprescindible). Experiencia previa en contabilidad y/o finanzas (no importa el país de origen). Conocimientos de conciliaciones bancarias, facturación y gestión de pagos. Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y responsabilidad. Manejo de herramientas digitales y disposición para aprender nuevos softwares. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en modalidad remota. Proceso de Onboarding: Ofrecemos un proceso de incorporación estructurado y detallado: Explicación paso a paso de los softwares y herramientas utilizados por la empresa. Entrega de material de estudio y documentación interna. Formación básica en fiscalidad española, enfocada al alquiler de inmuebles. The Role: We are looking for five Accountants to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for professionals with solid accounting expertise who can adapt to evolving technological processes in financial operations. You will work closely with the Accounting Service Manager and other teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, supporting our mission of fostering small business growth. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 4 - 6 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations. Communication: Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is optional). Location. LATAM

What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience working directly with influencers. Basic experience in negotiating and signing contracts. Strong communication skills with brands, talent, and internal teams. Organizational skills, follow-through, and positive energy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Plus (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of influencer marketing in the U.S. Hispanic market. Experience in an agency or talent representation company. Connections within the creator industry.
