In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure that our content marketing efforts support our overall marketing and business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Content Marketing Strategy:** Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create a content calendar that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content. 2. **Concept Design:** Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience. Ideate and conceptualize creative content formats that stand out in a crowded digital landscape. 3. **Social Media Marketing:** Lead social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Develop engaging social media content, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to increase followers and engagement. 4. **Management:** Oversee a team of content creators, writers, and social media specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality and timely content production. Manage content marketing budgets and resources efficiently. 5. **Airtable Coordination:** Use Airtable to manage content calendars, track project progress, and collaborate with team members. Ensure that all content-related data is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reporting and analysis. 6. **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns. 7. **Market Research:** Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct research to understand our audience’s preferences, pain points, and behavior, and tailor content strategies accordingly. Qualifications: - Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging and effective content. - Proficiency in social media marketing and a deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. - Experience managing and mentoring a team of content creators and marketers. - Hands-on experience with Airtable or other project management tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
