Support executive team members with their day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless operations. 4. **Microsoft Office**: Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Ensure all files are maintained accurately and are easily accessible. 5. **Data Entry**: Accurately input, update, and maintain data within our company's databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Perform regular data quality checks and generate necessary reports for management.
