Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging and shareable content to enhance our online presence and increase brand awareness. Analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 2. Community Management: Foster a positive and interactive environment within our online community. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Monitor and address feedback from our audience to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. Create and manage community events such as live chats, Q&A sessions, and virtual meet-ups. 3. Virtual Assistant: Provide administrative support to the marketing team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications. Streamline workflows to ensure the team runs efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. 4. Event Management: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, from concept to execution. This includes everything from securing venues and managing budgets to coordinating with vendors and ensuring a seamless event experience for participants. Generate buzz and excitement around these events through targeted marketing campaigns. Qualifications: - Proven experience in social media marketing and community management. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective demographics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy. - Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. - Experience as a virtual assistant, with solid organizational and administrative skills. - Event management experience is a plus, but not required.
