Reports to: CTO Location: Argentina – Hybrid work model Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position (contrato de dependencia) Travel: Required 1–2 times per year to interior Argentina and Brazil (expenses covered) Salary Range: 2,500,000 – 3,000,000 ARS/month Language Requirements: Spanish: Fluent English: Basic to intermediate (must be able to read and understand technical papers)  Growth Opportunity: Yes – within a technically challenging and expanding environment Education Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies in embedded systems. Experience At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics development, including PCB design and microcontroller programming. Experience in industrial environments and in leading technically less experienced collaborators is a plus. Role Mission The Electronic Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing electronic products, from concept through to final delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise in PCB and firmware development, a holistic product vision, and the ability to collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure complete and efficient product design. The engineer will also lead a colleague currently working in the area who requires technical guidance, and will be expected to travel occasionally to production plants in Argentina and Brazil for on-site technical evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a senior-level technical profile— in expertise and leadership. Desired Skills and Knowledge Proven experience in PCB and firmware development, ideally in an industrial setting Deep understanding of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) and firmware programming languages (C, C++, etc.) Ability to view the product as a whole and understand how it integrates with other systems (mechanical, software, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail throughout the design and development process Creativity and innovative thinking when tackling technical challenges Commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the field of electronic engineering Key Responsibilities Work closely with mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to integrate electronic components into the overall product design Participate in the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical feasibility and product optimization Evaluate and select suitable electronic components, considering cost, performance, and availability Conduct testing and verification to ensure all electronic designs meet quality and safety standards Research and stay up to date on trends and advancements in electronic technologies, applying new knowledge to product designs Lead coordination meetings with engineering and cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from initial design through to post-sales support Mentor and guide a team member, ensuring technical quality and growth Conduct periodic visits to industrial plants in Argentina and Brazil to perform technical analysis and integration

 Job Description (Engineering & Technical Operations – Projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy sectors) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process engineering and will be responsible for the development and review of design documentation, technical specifications, and safety analysis for complex industrial projects. This role is hands-on, analytical, and crucial to the technical integrity of our process solutions. We work on a global scale, and we can sponsor and manage relocation documentation to Madrid through our company. Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review Mass & Energy Balances, P&IDs, and PFDs for ongoing projects Define and/or validate the Process Design Basis Prepare technical specifications for process equipment and review vendor bids Support technical expediting activities related to process equipment procurement Conduct HAZOP and other process safety studies, ensuring risk mitigation in system designs Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment of process design with project objectives Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering roles Industry background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy is highly preferred Proven knowledge of process design standards and engineering documentation Experience with safety studies and methodologies (e.g., HAZOP) Fluent in English (minimum level: B2) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid

You’ll design and implement data pipelines, extract actionable insights, and prepare datasets for training cutting-edge machine learning models. Key Outcomes (First 6 Months) Deliver at least 3 key insights from exploratory analysis that inform product or model design. Build and deploy at least one production-grade ML-ready dataset using Airflow. Identify and implement ≥ 2 performance improvements in existing data pipelines. Collaborate with ML and Product to define data strategies for new features or behavior signals. Core Responsibilities Analyze voice, text, and behavioral datasets using statistical and ML methods. Prepare, clean, and transform data for downstream machine learning tasks. Design and maintain data pipelines using Airflow and Dockerized workflows. Contribute to model development using tools like Hugging Face and PyTorch. Collaborate with ML Engineers and Product to align data initiatives with product goals. Present findings and prototypes to cross-functional stakeholders, including CTO and COO. Monitor data health, quality, and coverage across all stages of the pipeline. Must-Have Skills 3–5 years in data science, ML, or analytics with experience in real-world data problems. Proficiency in Python and ML/data libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, Hugging Face). Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with Apache Airflow. Familiarity with Docker and modern data architecture principles. Strong foundation in statistics, data wrangling, and model evaluation. Comfortable communicating complex results to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English. Nice-to-Have Experience with audio, voice, or behavioral datasets. Familiarity with time-series analysis or sequence modeling. Knowledge of vector embeddings or NLP model fine-tuning.
