As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining our high-performance embedded systems. Your expertise in C++ programming, printed circuit board (PCB) design, and firmware development will help us push the boundaries of what's possible. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test embedded systems from the ground up. Lead the design and optimization of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to ensure seamless integration with other hardware components. Develop and implement firmware solutions to enable sophisticated functionalities and improve system performance. Utilize C++ programming to write efficient, high-quality code that meets performance and reliability requirements. Engage in prototype design, creating and iterating over multiple versions to fine-tune product functionality and user experience. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to identify and resolve hardware and firmware issues. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve our product offerings. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems design and development. Proficiency in C++ programming; experience with other programming languages is a plus. Expertise in firmware development and familiarity with various microcontroller architectures. Proven experience in PCB design and layout, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with simulation tools and electronic design automation (EDA) software. Experience in project management and the ability to lead small teams.
