Requirements: Startup Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in startups, preferably in the technology or AI sector, with a focus on growth and brand positioning. Leadership Experience: Ability to build and lead multifunctional marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Organic and Paid Media Growth: Experience in creating and managing growth strategies through organic channels (SEO, content marketing, social media) and paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Analytical Skills: Experience using analytics and metrics tools to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate marketing strategies and results to diverse audiences, including internal teams and stakeholders.
