Overview The Programmatic Advertising Senior Strategist (Retail Media) is a seasoned, data-driven professional responsible for developing and executing strategic programmatic advertising initiatives within the retail media ecosystem. This role is crucial in designing and scaling high-performance strategies, creating full-funnel commerce solutions, and delivering measurable results for clients. The Senior Strategist will leverage expertise in platforms such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, advanced measurement tools, and the broader retail media landscape to execute solutions aligned with client business objectives. Acting as a key strategic partner for clients, internal teams, and retail media platforms, this role will be instrumental in shaping the future of programmatic advertising within the company. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, including at least 2-3 years managing programmatic retail media (onsite or offsite) across the full campaign lifecycle (strategy and activation). 5+ years in a client-facing role, preferably managing small to mid-sized brands. Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence (BI) or data analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions. Deep understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), including both retailer-native (Amazon DSP, Walmart) and non-retailer-specific platforms (The Trade Desk, Criteo Commerce Max). Proven experience managing various programmatic channels (Display, Video - STV/OTT, Audio, Native, DOOH) and deploying them strategically to achieve client KPIs. Expertise in Amazon Marketing Cloud for audience insights and reporting. Ability to connect full-funnel marketing efforts (search and display) to retailer-specific sales goals and performance. Familiarity with commerce platforms and reporting tools such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target-Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart Ads, and others. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present and sell ideas effectively to clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. A strong desire to work in a fast-evolving industry that presents new challenges and opportunities. Fluency in English (both spoken and written). Responsibilities Play a key role within the fast-growing programmatic advertising team, refining processes and structures to support ongoing success. Lead the development, execution, and optimization of programmatic display and video campaigns on platforms like Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk. Design full-funnel commerce strategies for planning and activating programmatic campaigns, collaborating with retail search teams for seamless integration. Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to activate custom audiences and implement advanced programmatic strategies. Manage regular client communications to review programmatic performance, analyze business trends, and identify growth opportunities across channels. Provide programmatic input for annual media planning, ensuring alignment with a comprehensive marketing strategy. Continuously identify opportunities to improve client business performance through innovative, data-driven solutions. Build strong relationships with programmatic and retail partners, collaborating on new strategies to drive client success. Lead programmatic updates during integrated reporting sessions, such as QBRs and annual planning meetings. Guide account strategy development, including budget planning, KPI setting, audience testing, and industry trend analysis. Drive new business development and client expansion opportunities. Leverage reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools to refine strategies and achieve measurable results. Contribute to the success of small- and mid-sized client businesses by delivering innovative programmatic solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Provide feedback on product development and user experience based on insights gathered from client interactions and campaign performance. PLATFORM AND CONTENT ADMINISTRATOR (OPERATIONAL TEAM) Overview: The Platform and Content Administrator manages the company's digital platform, ensuring optimal functionality for both the user interface and technical aspects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Oversee the booking system and digital travel management. Ensure the platform is functional, intuitive, and optimized. Collaborate with commercial, operations, and tech teams to enhance digital presence. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers as needed. Keep the experience portal up to date.
