What You'll Own: You will report directly to the Growth Manager who you will be working with side-by-side (Slack, Zoom, Asana) and who you will be in contact with daily. You will have a prioritized list of growth experiments to run and it's your responsibility to own the implementation of 3-5 new experiments per week. An experiment could include: 1) Going through a list of our target client accounts and identifying (manually if needed) who in our collective networks can make an intro to the target account, writing a message on behalf of that person, sending that message, and reporting back to the team on our progress getting access to our target accounts 2) Setting up a website landing page (we can provide you with tools/instructions) so we can run ads to it and test if a completely different way to position our AI/Agentic product would work much better than our current way of positioning ourselves 3) You will work with Claude/ChatGPT's latest models to create updated sales literature for our team that explains how we're better than competitors with a table comparing our features vs theirs. Each of these is a "growth experiment" and you'll be responsible for running 3-5 new ones per week. Every experiment will be organized/documented on an Asana board where you'll maintain a system that sets parameters such as expected outcome, predicted metrics for what we considered good enough to continue and bad enough to stop, reflections on how the experiment turned out, and proposed next steps. This board is key and it must stay updated and organized. This Will Only Work If: You're highly intelligent/gifted. You're ready to dive into anything. Your writing and communication are exceptional. You get things done at our pace and eventually exceed it. You're reliable. No high highs and low lows. Only one speed: go. You're incredibly resourceful. You find a way or make a way. You love growth. You love tech. Tips to Succeed: As soon as you're really good at something, figure out a way to automate it. Build systems to make your contribution obsolete to a particularly good growth experiment so you can move on to the next. Be proactive about getting things done and communicating. Don't ghost. We won't chase you; if you're a ghost/unreliable, this will be a non-starter. Obsess over results and ruthlessly prioritize to get outcomes. Build trust through execution. Random: We do paid trials with "impossible" tests. Full US workweek hours. You can 100% expect to work Monday through Friday of every week from e.g. 8am - 5/6pm. You don't get to set your own hours. We don't stop for local holidays. There's a time and a place for the digital nomad lifestyle, but this isn't it. Yes, in the past we've hired for that work dynamic before and that has its place, but not for this role. It's too important. This is a monk-mode, breakthrough, YC opportunity to hit targets that you'll still talk about years from now.
