The Billing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the billing process for customers. Their duties include processing payments on behalf of a customer, maintaining organized financial records to aid reporting, and calculating bill totals by looking through previous financial statements.   Job Responsibilities:  Search each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors  Collaborate with customers, third party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors  Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer.  Input payment history, upcoming payment information, or other financial data into an individual account  Find financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance   Inform customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines  Calculate and tracking various company financial statements Job Qualifications:  Graduate of any business-related course  With knowledge and background in handling billing is an advantage  Very good in working with MS excel or QuickBooks is a plus  Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all  Ability to multitask and prioritize duties  Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently  Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top-level professionalism.
