Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial ERP systems is a plus. Audit Experience: Experience in audit-based work is strongly preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and tax regulations. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions before they escalate.
