UI & UX Designer + Product Management We are searching for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who is embarking on their journey into Product Management. Candidates with UX-PM2 or PM3 certifications and proficiency in Figma are highly preferred. As a small startup, we are seeking a versatile individual who can also contribute to graphic design tasks in the initial phases. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team to craft user-centric designs that elevate the overall user experience. Utilize Figma for design prototyping and collaboration. Assist in graphic design tasks to support various projects within the startup. Work on the implementation of products related to our tech. Experience with Figma, Design Systems, UX Research, and Interface Design. Exhibit leadership skills to soon take on the Product Management role. Requirements This position is open to WOMAN candidates only. Strong grasp of UI/UX principles. Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools. Interest in transitioning or the ability to transition to Product Management. Graphic design skills to support various functions within the startup.
