In this remote role, you will conduct the final quality review for our weekly software releases, responsible for identifying and tracking bugs to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform various types of hands-on manual testing for weekly software releases, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure testability of features. Participate in review meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups) to provide QA insights and feedback. This is not a client-facing position. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools. Understanding agile development methodologies (Scrum) Required Skills & Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for web-based applications or software products. (Mid level or Semi Senior) Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a strong emphasis on manual testing. Experience with creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in systems like Trello. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, part-time setting as a sole QA resource. Desirable Skills: If you can write end-to-end tests in Playwright to help build out the automated testing of our UI. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman). Basic understanding of SQL for data validation. Intermediate English is required (written and spoken) - Business/tech English will be needed.
