El candidato ideal debe tener autonomía para abordar desafíos de datos y ser capaz de interpretar las métricas de forma clara para la toma de decisiones. Responsabilidades: Creación y estructuración de bases de datos a partir de fuentes diversas y datos no siempre estructurados. Análisis de datos de campañas para identificar tendencias y patrones clave que permitan mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas. Generación de dashboards y reportes utilizando herramientas como Looker, Tableau y Power BI, proporcionando visualizaciones claras y efectivas para los equipos internos y los clientes. Análisis detallado en Excel, la herramienta clave de la agencia para manejar grandes volúmenes de datos, realizar cálculos complejos y generar insights. Colaboración con equipos internos para alinear los datos con los objetivos del negocio y las necesidades de las campañas. Desarrollo de insights de datos, transformando los números en historias claras que puedan ser interpretadas fácilmente por equipos y clientes. Requisitos: Experiencia en análisis de datos de marketing, preferiblemente en el ámbito de performance. Dominio de Excel avanzado, con experiencia en el manejo y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos. Experiencia en visualización de datos con herramientas como Looker, Tableau y Power BI. Capacidad para construir dashboards y reportes que resuman de manera efectiva los resultados de las campañas. Conocimiento en SQL para extraer y manipular datos, así como habilidades en programación para análisis más avanzados (deseable). Capacidad para contar historias a través de los datos, ayudando a equipos y clientes a interpretar las métricas y tomar decisiones informadas. Actitud proactiva, orientada a la organización y precisión de los datos.
