Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and more. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and execute design projects from concept to completion. Ensure all design work aligns with the client's branding guidelines and marketing objectives. Marketing Expertise: Utilize marketing insights to inform design decisions and create designs that resonate with target audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. +3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on marketing-related projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Location: Costa Rica (Remote, Eastern Time Zone preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Creator / Designer to join our marketing team. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and various departments, including sales and support, to create compelling digital content that aligns with our brand and strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design engaging digital content, including videos, web designs, animations, and marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. Web Design: Manage and design website content on HubSpot, utilizing existing modules within the site’s theme. Ability to work with drag-and-drop features in HubSpot is essential. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager on various projects, adapting designs based on feedback from team members and management. Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
