Resumen del Puesto Buscamos un Gestor Inmobiliario para arrendar, vender y administrar inmuebles comerciales. El objetivo principal es asegurar una rotación ágil de las propiedades, el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales y la satisfacción de propietarios e inquilinos. El candidato ideal será proactivo, autónomo y orientado a los resultados. Responsabilidades Clave Captar y gestionar la oferta de inmuebles en venta, arriendo o administración. Promocionar las propiedades a través de marketing digital, medios tradicionales y redes de contacto para garantizar alta visibilidad y rápida colocación. Realizar visitas y recorridos efectivos, resaltando el valor diferencial de cada inmueble. Asesorar a clientes durante todo el proceso de negociación y cierre. Gestionar la documentación legal y contractual (contratos de arrendamiento, compraventa, actas de entrega, seguros, etc.). Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de inmuebles, clientes y prospectos a través del CRM. Hacer seguimiento a procesos de cartera y cumplimiento de pagos. Cumplir y superar las metas de ventas y arrendamientos establecidas. Habilidades y Experiencia Requeridas Formación Académica: Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en Administración de Empresas, Gestión Inmobiliaria, Mercadeo, Negocios, Derecho o áreas afines. Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en cargos similares en inmobiliarias en las áreas de ventas, arriendos y administración de inmuebles. Conocimientos Específicos: Legislación inmobiliaria. Técnicas de negociación y ventas consultivas. Manejo de CRM inmobiliario y herramientas digitales. Marketing digital aplicado al sector inmobiliario. Paquete Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
