Key Responsibilities: 1. **Business Management**: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of client engagement activities. Ensure that our business objectives are met through efficient management of resources, optimal allocation of budgets, and effective team leadership. Apply your inherent business acumen to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement within client management functions. 2. **Strategic Planning**: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive strategic plans that align with our company’s vision and goals. Work closely with senior leadership to formulate long-term strategies that foster sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Use your analytical skills to conduct market research, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes. 3. **Customer Support**: Lead the customer support team to deliver world-class service and satisfaction. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance customer support effectiveness and improve the overall client experience. Utilize problem-solving skills to address client issues and ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly. 4. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Optimize the use of CRM tools to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Analyze customer data to develop insights and strategies for improving customer loyalty and retention. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to integrate CRM activities with broader business strategies. 5. **Agency Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for our agency partners, ensuring that collaborative efforts are successful and mutual goals are achieved. Negotiate contracts, manage agency performance, and work closely with external partners to align them with our strategic objectives. Build and nurture enduring partnerships that contribute to our company’s overall success.
