In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Excel, Logistics, Event Management, and Customer Service to ensure the smooth execution of events and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the event planning team to develop detailed logistics plans, ensuring every aspect of event coordination runs seamlessly. - Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets, tracking event budgets, schedules, and logistical needs. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue management to ensure all logistical aspects are executed flawlessly. - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing attendee inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive event experience. - Manage event registration processes, including participant communication, data entry, and reporting through advanced Excel functions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, manage RSVPs, and ensure effective communication with attendees. - Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues on event days, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor to ensure minimal disruption. - Foster strong relationships with clients and partners by delivering excellent customer service and support throughout the event planning process. - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes for future events. - Assist in the development of event-related materials, including presentations, schedules, and reports, using Microsoft Excel and other software tools. Qualifications: - Proven experience in event management or logistics, with a strong track record of successful event execution. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Exceptional customer support skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. - Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for event support.
