Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring that all client inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently. 3. Customer Feedback and Reporting: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues, and resolutions using Microsoft Word and other Office applications. 4. Microsoft Office Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation that support client management and internal operations. 5. LinkedIn Management: Engage with clients and potential clients on LinkedIn, promoting our brand and services, and cultivating new business opportunities through active networking and content sharing. 6. Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve our CRM processes and client management strategies to increase efficiency and enhance the overall client experience. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service, preferably within a B2B environment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Familiarity with CRM software and database management. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. - Experience managing a professional social media presence on LinkedIn.
