Company Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled PR professional or agency to lead media relations and strategic communications for a personal brand and a transformational program designed to empower individuals through self-exploration. Based in Miami, with a significant Latin audience, the goal is to expand visibility across key Hispanic markets in the US and Latin America through media placements, interviews, and collaborations. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that resonate with Hispanic audiences in diverse media channels. With a focus on storytelling and personal development, this role will drive media coverage and amplify visibility for both the individual brand and its program, securing features in podcasts, TV, and print media targeting the Hispanic community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns tailored for Hispanic markets in the US and Latin America. Craft compelling storylines and pitch them to media outlets, including TV, podcasts, radio, and digital platforms. Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, and podcast hosts. Prepare bilingual press releases, media kits, and other promotional content. Track and report on media coverage, offering insights to the internal team and optimizing campaign strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align PR efforts with broader brand goals. Stay updated on cultural trends and emerging platforms relevant to Hispanic audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in PR, with a focus on the Hispanic market preferred. Demonstrated success in securing media placements within Hispanic and multicultural outlets. Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Deep understanding of Hispanic culture, media preferences, and consumption habits. Familiarity with media tracking and PR tools such as MuckRack or Meltwater is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote position, with a preference for candidates with media connections in Miami or other key Hispanic hubs in the US and Latin America.
