We are looking for a Marketing Growth / Social Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Latin America. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities: Strategies: Generate and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and brand acquisition, and to boost organic acquisition through different channels. Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms. Metrics: Analyze engagement and conversion metrics, producing insightful reports to track performance. Social Media Content: Create creative and trending content for social media, demonstrating a deep understanding of audience engagement. Social Media Management: Efficiently manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging. UX Writing / SEO: Write UX copy aligned with SEO best practices, enhancing user experience across digital platforms. Social Media Tools: Utilize social media tools and analytics platforms to drive growth and optimize performance. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and operations, to deliver cohesive marketing solutions. Creativity / Innovation: Bring creativity and innovation to every project, with a passion for elevating the brand to new heights. AI Tools: Apply advanced AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing efforts. Portfolio: Maintain a solid, innovative, and disruptive portfolio showcasing diverse content formats (text, audio, video). PR: Engage in PR efforts and media relations to expand brand reach. (nice to have) Requirements: Advanced English proficiency, with a strong focus on written communication. Advanced Spanish proficiency. Extensive experience in Growth marketing for SMBs, startups, and professional freelancers. (Developing and executing growth strategies, identifying and optimizing growth channels, running A/B tests and experiments, analyzing user behavior and conversion data, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams, managing performance marketing campaigns, implementing SEO, SEM, and paid social media tactics, conducting market research and competitor analysis, tracking and reporting on KPIs and growth metrics)  Deep knowledge of branding, growth strategies, and social media management. Expertise in campaign design, execution, and performance analysis. Proficiency in UX writing, SEO, and using of analytics tools. Strong team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Strong results and number orientation. High level of creativity, innovation, and a strong drive to succeed. Familiarity with AI tools in the context of marketing. Solid portfolio showcasing creative, innovative, and disruptive work. Experience creating and managing content across various formats and platforms (text, audio, video, etc.). Experience with PR and media engagement.
