Position Overview We are looking for a driven Web Product Analyst for our recruiting platform, someone with a passion for product optimization and improvement at every level. This role requires a highly analytical professional with a strong understanding of product analysis, general knowledge of system and development processes, and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. As the Web Product Analyst, you will have full visibility into the product life cycle, from user interviews and competitor benchmarking to testing and quality assurance. You’ll also interact with design, development, marketing, and operations teams, reporting directly to the CPO. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Product Analysis using Google Analytics, SEO metrics, and Business Intelligence tools to understand product performance and inform decisions. Maintain end-to-end visibility into the product lifecycle, actively participating in user interviews to identify improvement opportunities. Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking to position the platform effectively in the market. Oversee Testing/QA processes for the platform, ensuring quality and identifying areas for optimization. Gather requirements and user needs to ensure alignment between solutions, business goals, and user expectations. Analyze processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the product. Collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring smooth, effective communication across multidisciplinary areas. Develop value-driven proposals and improvement opportunities to enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Participate in the planning and execution of development projects using Agile methodologies, managing the implementation and monitoring of improvements. Contribute to the entire product development cycle, from idea conception to post-launch analysis and optimization. Prepare performance reports and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), ensuring alignment with the company’s overall product strategy and goals. Requirements 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, ideally as a product analyst or web analyst within the tech or recruiting platform industry. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and Business Intelligence tools. Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) and UI design, with prior experience working on interface projects. General knowledge of system and development processes, with familiarity in managing projects across design, development, marketing, and operational areas. Experience conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform product strategies. Proven experience in Testing/QA and quality assurance processes within a product environment. Analytical mindset with a high capacity for logical analysis and problem-solving. Intermediate/Advanced English skills, able to communicate effectively with professionals globally. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a growth-oriented attitude focused on product development.
