Responsabilidades: Asistencia Personal y Operativa Gestión de agenda, reuniones y recordatorios. Organización de tareas, planificación y seguimiento. Apoyo en la creación, edición y archivo de documentos. Coordinación diaria y soporte administrativo general. Gestión de Publicaciones y Reservas Subir fotos y videos a plataformas como Airbnb, Idealista y redes sociales. Redacción de descripciones claras y atractivas. Atención a consultas de clientes potenciales. Explicación detallada de las condiciones de reserva. Gestión y seguimiento hasta el cierre de reservas. Comisión del 10% por cada cierre de reserva. Requisitos: Residir en Latinoamérica. Excelente organización, estructura y manejo del tiempo. Perfil autónomo, confiable, comunicativo y resolutivo. Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Google Workspace, Word, Excel, etc.). Inglés básico/intermedio (deseable). Experiencia como asistente virtual, administrativo o atención al cliente. We’re growing fast and need a marketing-obsessed operator to keep our performance flywheel spinning. Role Purpose Identify, test, and scale acquisition and retention levers that move revenue—fast. Own the full growth stack from channel exploration to campaign execution, measurement, and iteration. Key Outcomes (First 6 Months) Launch a growth engine across paid, organic, PLG, and partner channels. Increase qualified pipeline by 40% while keeping CAC payback ≤ 3 months. Design and execute a lifecycle program that boosts product activation by 25%. Co-build a growth analytics dashboard with the Performance Lead to track acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion metrics. Launch one scalable new channel (e.g., co-marketing, community, API marketplace) that contributes ≥10% of net-new MRR. Core Responsibilities Generate and prioritize hypotheses using funnel data, user research, and competitive intel (ICE/RICE scoring). Execute campaigns end-to-end: copy, creative, landing pages, tracking, and reporting across paid, organic, programmatic, and email. Own SEO and content ops: keyword strategy, on-page optimization, backlink outreach, and performance tracking. Drive product-led growth loops: in-app prompts, referrals, pricing/packaging tests. Manage marketing automation in Pipedrive for lead nurture and lifecycle. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data for accurate attribution and shared insights. Monitor cohort metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, NDR; deliver insights to the C-suite for decision-making. Must-Have Skills 4–6 years in growth/performance marketing for B2B SaaS or API products; early-stage startup experience required. Full-funnel operator: can plan channel strategy at 9 a.m. and launch a campaign by 3 p.m. Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic DSPs, SEO tools, and marketing automation. Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; capable of building cohort models and debugging attribution. Solid understanding of A/B and multivariate testing and statistical significance. Persuasive copywriter with an eye for creative; can brief designers or build in Figma/Canva if needed. Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
