Responsibilities: Manage the invoicing process and ensure accuracy in financial records. Handle collections and ensure compliance with payment terms. Coordinate the sending of contracts and required documentation. Request and manage necessary documentation for administrative operations. Use accounting software such as Xerox, QuickBooks, or similar, with a focus on U.S. business accounting Requirements: Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software like Xerox, QuickBooks, or others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Profile: As an Investment Analyst, you will support the Investment team. We are looking for individuals who are result-oriented, enthusiastic self-starters, motivated, and able to work independently and proactively. We seek applicants who exude confidence, positivity, high energy, and can interact effectively with senior management. Flexibility and willingness to be involved in different aspects of the business are essential. Responsibilities: The Analyst's duties include, but are not limited to: Deal Sourcing: Gathering industry information, networking with investment bankers and ecosystem players, and evaluating opportunities. Deal Due-Diligence: Conducting industry and company research, financial and valuation analysis, and assessing technology IP with technical/consultant input. Portfolio Management: Engaging with portfolio company management, preparing investment reports for LPs, and supporting portfolio companies based on their needs (e.g., business development, market expansion). Other Responsibilities: Supporting fundraising efforts and taking initiatives to address the investment team's needs. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity. Strong academic performance and educational background from a reputable institution. Experience with modeling and investment valuation techniques. Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
