Requirements: Previous experience in Customer Success or similar roles in startups or tech companies. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism. Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and methodical manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
