We are seeking a Growth Specialist to design and implement innovative strategies to scale our operations and strengthen our presence in the B2B market. Responsibilities: Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies for B2B clients. Develop digital campaigns to generate leads. Optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates at every stage. Monitor and report key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve results. Requirements: Previous experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in startups or SaaS. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar). Advanced English proficiency. Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
