About Us: We are a growing SaaS startup dedicated to transforming how companies access and manage talent. We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative with a passion for sales and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the SaaS industry. If you are proactive, organized, and love connecting with potential clients, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads in the B2B market. Research prospects and understand their specific needs. Actively prospect through email, calls, and LinkedIn. Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective conversion strategies. Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS. Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
