Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Project Manager with experience in marketing agencies to directly support the Creative Director. This role is essential to ensure the smooth execution of creative projects by acting as a bridge between account and creative teams, managing workflows, deliveries, and resources. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of advertising language, creative production, and the dynamics of agency work. Key Responsibilities: Creative Project Management: Gather and structure requirements from account executives. Plan and negotiate timelines and resources for creative projects. Oversee the production of 360° campaigns, including key visuals and final deliverables, ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Communication and Coordination: Filter and organize information before it reaches the Creative Director. Facilitate communication and alignment between the account and creative teams. Coordinate meetings and track project progress to ensure clarity in objectives and deliverables. Advertising Control and Production: Handle key advertising language concepts: Pantones, files, formats, deliveries, etc. Manage back-office tools and coordinate technical and human resources for creative production. Supervise final deliveries, maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience in marketing or advertising agencies, preferably in project management roles. Strong advertising terms and processes knowledge, including 360° campaigns, key visuals, and production timelines. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, capable of handling documentation and communication in English. Familiarity with back-office tools and project management systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments. Key Competencies: Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced changes. Ability to balance client needs with the creative team’s resources.
