Job Objective We are looking for a proactive and dedicated National Sales Manager to develop the commercial strategy for the growth of the company in the B2B sector. This person will be responsible for enhancing market presence, strengthening commercial relationships, and supervising a sales team to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives. Job Responsibilities Formulate the sales business plan and implement strategies to improve the company's presence in the market. Increase Sell-In through Sell-Out (Distribution, Portfolio Development, Expansion in Point-of-Sale Coverage, Promotional Design, Execution at the Point of Sale). Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth. Strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure lasting satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and trade, to ensure that commercial strategies align with the company's overall goals. Manage budgets, report results, and analyze key sales performance indicators to ensure objectives are met. Develop the commercial strategy for launching and growing new channels. Reporting to: General Director of the Mexico Branch. Direct Reports: 3 Direct Channel Managers. The total number of employees in the commercial structure is 22. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel across the country. Work Location: Toluca, State of Mexico. Hybrid model requiring two days per week in the office. Education, Skills, and Competencies: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is desirable. Required Knowledge: Proven experience in the food industry (mandatory), preferably in confectionery or mass consumption. Multichannel knowledge. Experience in handling Self-Service accounts, especially with Walmart Group (mandatory). Required Experience: 5+ years as a Commercial Director or Sales Manager. 5+ years leading sales teams (at least five people). Required Competencies: Leadership, Strategic Vision, Results Orientation, Negotiation, Teamwork, Innovation. Required Skills: Budget Management, High Analytical Skills, Advanced Account Development, Experience in Account Openings. Office Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Office Suite. Languages: English is desirable but not mandatory.
