Customer Success Specialist We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Provide onboarding support and training to new customers. Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate customer needs and drive improvements. Requirements Previous experience in customer success, account management, or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
