Analizar el mercado, conocer a los competidores y las tendencias sectoriales para ajustar estrategias de ventas y proporcionar información relevante al regional y las mesas de originación. Dar seguimiento al proceso administrativo y logístico de los negocios para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. Gestionar posibles inconvenientes con los clientes. Requisitos: Título universitario o técnico en Agronomía, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o afines. Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia como comercial dentro del sector. Conocimiento intermedio en comercialización de granos y venta de insumos. Experiencia previa en desarrollo y mantenimiento de una cartera de clientes. Habilidades para negociar y gestionar relaciones comerciales de manera independiente. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y cumplir con objetivos comerciales establecidos. Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada. Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión comercial (algoritmo, no excluyente).
