We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Technical Recruiter to join our remote team. As a key contributor to our talent acquisition efforts, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top-notch IT professionals. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 3 years in IT talent selection, possessing advanced and fluent English language skills. Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, with a focus on IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pool. Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT recruitment. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on IT roles. Advanced and fluent English language skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical positions. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced remote work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology. Experience in managing recruitment processes using applicant tracking systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
