Your expertise will not only help in securing new business but also improving upon and building out our Sales Process as we grow. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth in this full sales life cycle role, from prospecting to negotiating and closing deals and growing existing accounts.   Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate sales cycles, and close will be critical to your success in this role. What Success Looks Like: Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, pain points, and requirements. Position CorralData as a strategic fit and deliver engaging product presentations and trials that showcase the value of our platform. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, offering technical expertise and guidance. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to establish trust and credibility. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Effectively navigate complex sales cycles, overcome objections, and secure buy-in from all stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, onboarding, marketing, product development, and customer success.  Provide valuable feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts. Proactively identify and address bottlenecks to keep deals moving forward. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI Analytics SaaS space. Continuously refine your sales approach and leverage best practices to achieve and exceed sales targets What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. 2+ years selling Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics solutions. 2+ years of selling to mid-size organizations.  Exceptional negotiation, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a business context. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with clients at all organizational levels. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Customer Success teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention through strategic account management and proactive service.
