Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching sales teams, particularly in financial products. They must possess excellent communication skills in English, be willing to travel extensively, and excel in motivating and mobilizing teams. This role requires deep expertise in presentation techniques, sales approach, closing strategies, and overall knowledge of sales and point-of-purchase (POP) tactics. Key Responsibilities: Coach and mentor sales promoters to enhance their sales skills and performance. Develop and implement training programs tailored to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement among team members. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Lead by example in demonstrating effective sales strategies and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Coach or in a similar role, with a focus on financial products preferred. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong motivational and leadership skills with the ability to mobilize and inspire teams. In-depth understanding of presentation techniques, sales approaches, and closing methodologies. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed. Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different personality types and product categories. Experience in point-of-sale (POP) strategies and promotions is a plus. The talent must be located in Central America or the Caribbean. U.S. visa required.
