Work hands-on with TypeScript and Next.js, ensuring seamless integrations and feature development. Mentor developers, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and drive continuous improvement. Systems & Data Pipelines Oversee integration with Prisma and Python-based machine learning services, unifying voice analysis with our front end. Manage deployments on Fly.io and Vercel, focusing on reliability and performance. Ensure smooth communication among teams using Rust for desktop apps and  Bun runtime for microservices. Product Advancement Build out new features to enhance the candidate experience and simplify the hiring workflow. Implement support for LLMs where relevant, pushing the boundaries of our voice-based platform. Balance rapid iteration with stability, creating an environment that delivers value without sacrificing quality. What We’re Looking For Proven Leadership: Experience coordinating full-stack teams and delivering complex projects. Full-Stack Mastery: Comfort with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and related technologies in a modern web environment. Data & ML Awareness: Understanding of Python ML pipelines and an interest in voice data analysis. Strong Communication: Ability to align diverse teams and effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
