Manage deployments on Fly.io and Vercel, focusing on reliability and performance. Work with Rust for desktop apps and Bun runtime for microservices to ensure smooth system communication. Product Advancement Build new features to enhance the candidate experience and simplify the hiring workflow. Balance rapid iteration with stability to deliver value without sacrificing quality. What We’re Looking For Full-Stack Expertise: Proven experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, TRPC, and related technologies in a modern web environment.
