Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, with a focus on IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pool. Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT recruitment. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Technical Recruiter, with a strong focus on IT roles. Advanced and fluent English language skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical positions. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced remote work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices.
