Responsibilities Employee Experience & Culture: Organize and coordinate birthday celebrations and team-building activities. Manage feedback processes, ensuring continuous improvement and engagement. Present and communicate employee benefits effectively. Oversee role changes and career growth opportunities, ensuring a clear development path. HR Operations & Resource Management: Manage company assets (phones, laptops, and other equipment) for employees. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Plan and optimize internal HR strategies and processes. Technology & Systems Integration: Define and build a product vision for HR-related technologies. Work closely with the tech team to implement HR systems and process automation. Continuously evaluate and adapt tools and workflows to improve efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously. A strategic mindset, capable of aligning HR with business goals. Experience working with HR systems and process automation (a plus).
