Develop and present visually engaging event presentations that communicate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. Manage the event process from conception to completion, ensuring all creative objectives are met and that events are delivered on time. Identify and resolve any challenges or contingencies during the planning and execution phases. Maintain proactive and clear communication with the account management team to ensure client expectations are aligned and met. Requirements: Proven experience in event design, conceptualization, and execution, or a similar creative leadership role. Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to generate innovative and relevant ideas that align with the brand's values. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to lead and motivate a team. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
