Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams to align growth efforts and ensure consistent messaging and experience across touchpoints. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing growth team; manage external agencies and vendors when applicable. CRM & Lifecycle: Optimize email marketing, drip campaigns, and re-engagement flows to improve retention and drive upsell/cross-sell. Tech Stack Oversight: Evaluate and manage tools for marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and CRM.
