RingOS Billing and Payment Application   We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Support Representative to assist our valued partners in effectively using the RingOS billing and payment platform. RingOS enables our UCaaS partners to easily create invoices and collect payments from their customers, ensuring accurate and seamless billing. As a Billing Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping partners understand and use this essential tool, contributing to their business success.   Key Responsibilities:   - Respond to a variety of partner inquiries and support requests related to account setup, billing processes, and product invoicing. - Provide high-quality support through phone, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring a positive experience for our partners. - Assist with the onboarding and setup of new partner accounts within the RingOS system. - Address partner questions about billing charges, both for their accounts and their customers records. - Process payments, troubleshoot payment-related issues, and help partners resolve discrepancies. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing operations and deliver a consistent, effective experience. - Guide partners on running reports and using platform features for effective billing management. - Actively participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and improve support processes. - Meet departmental SLA and KPI targets, contributing to the overall success of the support team.   Qualifications:   - Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service is highly valued. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology and billing systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist partners. - Basic mathematics skills are preferred for accurate billing and troubleshooting.   If you’re a problem-solver who thrives on helping others and are excited to support partners in building their businesses, we’d love to have you join our team!

Resumen del Rol: Agencia líder en influencer marketing y estrategia digital en el mercado hispano de EE. UU. busca un Líder Senior de Cuenta para integrarse directamente con el equipo del cliente en CDMX, como punto de contacto clave para la ejecución de una campaña 360 enfocada en el mercado hispano en EE. UU. Buscamos a una persona obsesionada con la precisión y la eficiencia. Este rol será el cerebro operativo detrás de nuestras campañas de influencer marketing, asegurando que cada dólar invertido esté controlado, cada pago esté claro y cada reporte esté en orden. Responsabilidades: • Supervisar el flujo financiero de todas las campañas (presupuesto, ejecución y cierre). • Armar y controlar los presupuestos de campaña: pagos a influenciadores, comisiones, licencias de contenido y medios pagados. • Validar y programar pagos a influenciadores según contrato y entregables. • Crear dashboards en Excel para visualizar performance financiero de cada campaña en tiempo real. • Auditar costos vs ingresos de cada proyecto y alertar desviaciones. • Trabajar mano a mano con el equipo de Campaign Managers para liberar su tiempo operativo y que puedan enfocarse en estrategia y resultados. • Estandarizar procesos internos de presupuestación, facturación y reporteo de campañas.
