Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure contractors meet deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon design, including colors, textures, and materials. Coordinate the various trades (electricians, plumbers, flooring, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Conduct quality checks and review every detail to ensure the property is ready for sale. Report project progress and any deviations to the project lead, proposing solutions if necessary. Ensure the final design reflects the agreed plan, focusing on aesthetics, detail, and quality to maximize property value. Manage project schedules. Coordinate all audiovisual materials documenting the renovation process. Requirements: Previous experience in renovation projects. Knowledge of interior design, materials, and finishes. Ability to coordinate teams or general contractors (GC). Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
