About the role:
We are seeking a CREATIVE and strategic Digital Influencer Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across social media platforms, managing influencer relationships, and executing effective email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, influencer marketing, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Content Coordination:
・ Develop and implement a creative social media strategy aligned with business goals.
・ Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms.
・ Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
2. Influencer Relationship Management:
・ Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key influencers in our industry.
・ Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
・ Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements to ensure alignment with brand objectives and budget.
3. Email Marketing:
・ Design and execute email marketing campaigns that are engaging, and drive conversions.
・ Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve email marketing effectiveness.Qualifications:
・ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
・ Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
・ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and their analytics tools.
・ Exceptional creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
・ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
・ Proficient in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
・ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital advertising is a plus.
