Billing Support Representative (Costa Rica)

Objetivo del rol Diseñar, liderar y optimizar procesos operativos clave que conecten Talent, Recruiting y Customer Success. Esta persona será el cerebro operativo que garantiza que las cosas pasen: con orden, con datos, y con velocidad. El objetivo es que cada talento que entra al sistema tenga un recorrido claro, medible y sin fricciones hasta el cierre con cliente. Responsabilidades Diseñar y estructurar procesos operativos end-to-end, desde el ingreso de talentos hasta el cierre con clientes. Liderar la coordinación entre equipos internos, especialmente Team Leaders de Recruiting, Talent y CS. Implementar dashboards, métricas clave y reporting periódico para medir performance, detectar cuellos de botella y tomar decisiones informadas. Actuar con urgencia: trasladar necesidades rápidamente al equipo, escalar bloqueos, asignar prioridades y empujar soluciones. Organizar información, alinear flujos de trabajo y asegurar la trazabilidad de cada etapa del proceso. Iterar y testear mejoras, validando hipótesis con datos y proponiendo cambios sobre la marcha. Presentar resultados e insights al equipo ejecutivo (COO, CEO), con foco en impacto operativo y oportunidades de optimización. Requisitos Experiencia comprobada en diseño y liderazgo de procesos operativos complejos, idealmente en startups o entornos ágiles. Sólidas habilidades en análisis de datos, visualización y toma de decisiones basada en métricas. Capacidad de liderar sin autoridad formal y coordinar equipos funcionales con autonomía. Dominio de herramientas como Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, dashboards o CRMs. Proactividad, mentalidad ejecutora, obsesión por el orden y sensibilidad por el detalle. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés. Plus deseables Haber trabajado en equipos de reclutamiento, talento o customer success. Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización y seguimiento de procesos (ej: Zapier, Asana, Jira). Experiencia en startups B2B, SaaS o negocios data-driven.

The Role: We are looking for five Accountants to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for professionals with solid accounting expertise who can adapt to evolving technological processes in financial operations. You will work closely with the Accounting Service Manager and other teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, supporting our mission of fostering small business growth. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations. Communication: Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is optional). Location.
