Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting culturally relevant content, engaging with our community daily, and staying on top of the latest trends and memes to enhance our brand presence. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with our Social Media Lead, Community Manager, Copywriter, and Graphic Designer to deliver impactful social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals. Create and post more than 25 culturally relevant posts monthly that resonate with our target audience. Foster daily engagement by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and personable manner. Monitor social media trends and create reactive content that leverages relevant memes and cultural dialogues. Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting and strategic planning. Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas and campaigns. Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and adapt strategies as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the organic space. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms and best practices. Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating engaging and culturally relevant content. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and engagement metrics. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
