Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Content Production Specialist with expertise in motion graphics animation to join our agile creative team. In this role, you will produce captivating visuals, including short videos, static images, GIFs, reels, and stories that resonate with our audience. Collaboration with the Video Director, Editor, Animator, and Production Assistant is crucial to ensure the delivery of original content that combines organic style with brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver 8 to 10 original motion graphics pieces per month that reflect our brand identity. Develop animated content combining organic creator styles and branded elements. Collaborate with the production team to align animation with overall video content and design. Localize animation and visual assets for Latin American markets as required. Participate in on-site production efforts to ensure the seamless integration of animated elements. Stay informed on animation trends and techniques to enhance creative output. Qualifications: Proven experience in motion graphics design and content creation for digital platforms. Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D). Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Experience localizing animated content for Latin American audiences is preferred. Innovative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail. Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field is a plus.
