Simply put, we love getting together to do what we love. About the role: We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior International Coach to lead our elite athletes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in international competitions and a deep understanding of advanced coaching methodologies. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our top-tier skaters on the global stage. Key responsibilities: Design and execute high-performance training strategies for beginners and senior-level athletes. Provide expert coaching and mentorship to prepare skaters for competitions. Analyze international competition trends and adapt training programs accordingly. Collaborate with other sports professionals (physiotherapists, nutritionists, etc.) to ensure holistic athlete development. Requirements: Coaching level of Advanced 1 Senior or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of coaching experience. Proven experience coaching athletes in competitions. Flexible schedule availability. Willingness to relocate internationally. Responsabilidades Clave: Desarrollar e implementar programas de entrenamiento para los patinadores. Proporcionar instrucción técnica y táctica durante las sesiones de práctica. Preparar a los atletas para las competencias nacionales. Monitorear y evaluar el rendimiento de los patinadores y ofrecer retroalimentación constructiva. Fomentar un ambiente de equipo positivo y motivador. Requisitos: Nivel de patinaje de Intermedio 2 o superior. Se requiere experiencia previa como patinador/a de competencia. Disponibilidad de horario completa. Disponibilidad para reubicarse en otra ciudad. No se necesita experiencia previa como entrenador/a.

This is a hands-on role focused on production excellence, requiring sharp judgment and a strong ability to manage vendors to ensure the highest quality standards in every delivery. While primarily focused on materials production, this role also involves team leadership and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for various materials, with a primary focus on leading print production to meet all specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, acting as the main point of contact to ensure optimal performance and effective negotiation. Implement rigorous quality controls, acting as a critical filter to ensure all outputs meet our standards. Lead and manage a production team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables. Oversee the coordination and execution of events to ensure smooth operations, for both in-person and remote settings. Develop and monitor project budgets, closely tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and other internal stakeholders. Requirements: 5 years of proven experience in a production-focused role, preferably within a marketing agency or a similar dynamic environment. Strong hands-on experience in managing the production of printed materials. Demonstrable experience in vendor and supplier management. Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. Excellent decision-making skills and sound judgment. Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
